I ordered a pair of skates £160 they were delivered and left outside my house and some scallywag decided that they wanted them. i have been trying to get this resolved since July and no one is replying back to my 33 emails.... i have spoken to three team members at the shop all who promised me someone will get back to me. Nothing!! the frustration is unbelievable and im this close to having to walk in the shop. I have no boots and £160 out of pocket. Grrrrrrr
